What is EMSella?

Each 30-minute session stimulates 11,200 muscle contractions, equivalent to performing 11,200 Kegel exercises. Patients remain fully clothed throughout the treatment, sitting comfortably in a specialized ergonomic chair. The procedure is painless, though patients may feel tingling and pulling sensations similar to an intense pelvic workout.

Is the treatment painful?

EMSella® is not painful. Patients may experience tingling and pulling sensations as the pelvic floor muscles contract, similar to an intense pelvic workout.

How long do results last?

Results vary depending on the individual. On average, patients find that their results last from 6 months to several years after their EMSella® series. Maintenance sessions can help prolong these results and we recommend every 4 months.

Contraindications?

We do not offer EMSella® to women who are pregnant, nor to individuals with metal implants.
